1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Registration of an Account using false, misleading, or unverifiable personal details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the ct9990 Platform. Where ct9990 identifies that a single individual holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — ct9990 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close those Accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation. Bonuses and promotions obtained through the use of multiple Accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ct9990 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the ct9990 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ct9990 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

Deposits submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days to reflect. ct9990 is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages, bank processing times, or technical issues outside ct9990's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals — within 24 hours of approval for verified Accounts; bank transfer withdrawals — one to three BST business days. ct9990 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is found to have resulted from technical error, system fault, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Disputed transactions must be raised with ct9990 support within 30 days of the transaction date; no claims raised after this period will be considered.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section 6 and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the relevant promotion terms expressly state otherwise:
